Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using DancyGifts platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use DancyGifts
- You must be a resident of Cameroon with a valid Mobile Money account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- One person may only maintain one account on the platform
How DancyGifts Works
Platform Description
DancyGifts is a community gifting platform where users join sessions by contributing a set amount. When a session closes, one participant receives the collective contribution (minus a 5% service fee) based on a transparent mathematical selection process.
Session Types
- Time-based Sessions: Close automatically at a predetermined time. These are the currently active session type on the platform.
Auto-Give Feature
DancyGifts offers an Auto-Give feature that allows you to automatically join sessions on a recurring basis. When enabled, the system will contribute on your behalf according to your configured schedule and number strategy. You can enable, disable, or modify your Auto-Give settings at any time from your profile page. Automatic contributions are subject to sufficient wallet balance.
Receiver Selection Process
Receivers are selected using a provably fair mathematical algorithm based on participants' chosen numbers. The formula is transparent and can be verified by anyone. Each participant has an equal chance of being selected, and the outcome cannot be manipulated by users or administrators.
Fees and Payments
Service Fee
DancyGifts charges a 5% service fee on each session's total gift pool. This fee covers platform operation, payment processing, security, customer support, and continuous improvement of services.
Payment Methods
- Wallet balance (deposited via Mobile Money)
- Direct Mobile Money payment (MTN MoMo, Orange Money)
Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal amount: 100 FCFA. Withdrawals are processed to your registered Mobile Money number. Processing typically occurs within 24 hours. Transfer fees may apply based on the Mobile Money operator.
No Refunds
Session entry fees are non-refundable once a session begins. However, if you are selected as the receiver, funds are immediately credited to your wallet and can be withdrawn at any time.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
- Not create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
- Not attempt to manipulate the receiver selection process
- Not engage in fraudulent activities or payment chargebacks
- Not use automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with the platform
- Report any bugs, vulnerabilities, or suspicious activities immediately
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial activities
- Attempting to hack, breach, or compromise platform security
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
- Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes
- Using stolen payment information or Mobile Money accounts
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or staff
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You engage in fraudulent or suspicious activities
- You provide false information
- Your account shows signs of being compromised
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
Upon termination, you may withdraw any legitimate remaining balance in your wallet, subject to verification and compliance checks.
Disclaimers and Limitations
No Guarantee of Selection
DancyGifts is a community gifting platform, not a gambling service. Participation does not guarantee being selected as the receiver. Each session has only one receiver selected through our transparent selection algorithm.
Platform Availability
We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.
Third-Party Services
We use third-party services (Flutterwave, Mobile Money operators) for payments and Telegram for community features. We are not responsible for delays, failures, or issues caused by these providers.
Limitation of Liability
DancyGifts and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in service fees over the past 12 months.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team first at support@dancygifts.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Cameroon law.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on DancyGifts platform are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform and users will be notified via email. Continued use of DancyGifts after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate courts of Cameroon.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
